1. The amount of Resort Credits shown is equivalent to the total earned after a 5-night stay. The daily Resort Credit is valid exclusively for All-Inclusive bookings and is non-cumulative. Resort Credits can be used for food and beverages, surcharged menu items, private candlelight dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, Premium Wi-Fi, and spa treatments (up to $50 USD in Resort Credits per day can be applied toward body treatments of 55 minutes or more at the resort’s spa). Resort Credits do not apply to service fees for staff, gratuities, taxes, market shop purchases, or at Karuma Restaurant (Puerto Vallarta). Credits must be used daily and cannot be rolled over. The maximum daily credit depends on the room category and length of stay. Any unused portion of the credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The total amount of Resort Credits will be deducted from the guest’s bill at check-out. Travel Window: November 8, 2024 - December 22, 2025. Blackout Dates: November 25-30, 2024; December 23, 2024 - January 3, 2025; February 13-17, 2025; April 14-20, 2025; November 23-29, 2025; December 23, 2025 - January 3, 2026.
2. Round Trip: Available with a minimum stay of 5 nights or more, for bookings in Three Bedroom Suites and Penthouses with European or All-Inclusive plans, except on the following Black Out Dates: February 13th-17th, 2025 – April 14th-19th, 2025 – November 23rd-29th, 2025. One Way: Available with a minimum stay of 5 nights or more, for bookings in the Ultra Two Bedroom Panoramic with European or All-Inclusive plans, except on the following Black Out Dates: February 13th-17th, 2025 – April 14th-19th, 2025 – November 23rd-29th, 2025.
3. Up to two kids under 12 y.o. eat and stay free when staying in the same room as their parents. Valid for All-Inclusive reservations only.
4. For guests staying Penthouses with All-Inclusive (min. 3-night stay), enjoy an in-suite breakfast, dinner with a private chef, or a choice of mixology or tasting class, each available once per stay and again on the 6th night for longer stays.
5. Room Only reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (20%).
6. All-Inclusive reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, include all taxes and service fees and are subject to change without notice.
7. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
8. Rates are based on our Deluxe Room.
9. Prepayment is required. You will be charged for 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at the front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed.
10. To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
11. Valid booking from November 28, 2024 to December 1, 2024.
12. Travel dates: from November 29, 2024 to December 22, 2025.
