    1. Resort Credit is valid for bookings under both the European Plan and the All-Inclusive Plan made through any official sales channel, with a minimum stay of one night. The credit is non-cumulative, must be used daily, and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash. It may be applied toward food and beverage purchases, as well as select services and items with an additional charge, such as romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, and Premium Wi-Fi. Resort Credit may cover up to 20% of the total amount of each eligible purchase. For spa treatments, up to USD 50 per day may be used toward 55-minute body treatments (not applicable to beauty salon services or spa boutique items). The credit is not valid for tips, taxes, staff service charges, purchases at Market Shop, or at the Karuma restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. The maximum daily credit depends on the room category and length of stay. Any unused portion is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value. Blackout dates apply: Nov 23–29, 2025 | Dec 23, 2025–Jan 3, 2026 | Feb 12–16, 2026 | Nov 22–28, 2026.

Complimentary round-trip airport transfer applies exclusively to guests staying in Three Bedroom Suites and Penthouses under either the European Plan or the All-Inclusive Plan, with a minimum stay of five (5) nights.     5. For guests staying Penthouses with All-Inclusive (min. 3-night stay), enjoy an in-suite breakfast, dinner with a private chef, or a choice of mixology or tasting class, each available once per stay and again on the 6th night for longer stays.
    6. Daily buffet breakfast for two is included with a minimum stay of one (1) night. Blackout dates apply: Nov 23–29, 2025 | Dec 23, 2025–Jan 3, 2026 | Feb 12–16, 2026 | Nov 22–28, 2026.

    8. Room Only reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (20%).

    10. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
    11. Rates are based on our Deluxe Room.
    12. Prepayment is required. You will be charged for 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at the front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed.
    13. To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
